We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered (yes, sometimes it happens), we may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch. We will contact you if we become aware of an error and ask whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. On the occasion that we do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
All offers, discounts and sale reductions on the Mr Shoes UK website are exclusive for online customers. Mr Shoes stores will not have the same offers and promotions. Occasionally our stores may run special local promotions that are not available on our website, also we may run online promotions that will be exclusive to online customers only.
We accept the following credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. Goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds have been paid to Glayone Ltd and been cleared in full.
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in POUNDS STERLING. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, complete with transaction and order reference number.

The order confirmation email is not a guarantee of stock availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of processing your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and you will be offered an alternative, or refunded for the out of stock item(s).
This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result Glayone Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Once your order has been placed with us we will be unable to change the shipping address for security reasons. Customers have up to 1 hour to cancel standard delivery orders and up to 30 minutes to cancel express delivery orders.
Customers can change the style, size and colour of their order up to 1 hour after the order has been placed. To do so our team must be contacted within the hour via email at email@example.com or telephone on 01953 452590.
Once your order has been dispatched we will be unable to change any details of your order.
Your order, subject to stock availability, will be dispatched to you within 1 working day using our courier service Interlink. Your item can be delivered at anytime between 7am-6.30pm (Mon -Fri)
Royal Mail standard and express service is used for customers from regions where our courier service is unable to deliver. These areas are Jersey, Guernsey, the Scottish Islands/Highlands, Northern Ireland, British Forces Post Offices and all ‘Isles’ (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Lewis etc.).
Deliveries going to an International address will be sent via DHL wherever possible. If the order cannot be delivered by DHL we will post it via Royal Mail who will then pass it on to your local postal company.
For more detail on the delivery of your order please see delivery info . Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we offer an estimated delivery time. However, due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, this cannot always be met and occasionally some parcels will take longer than expected. This is a very rare occurrence. Please remember that the estimated delivery time is only a guideline and that the parcel may still be delivered late. We will either replace unworn faulty goods free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods as required. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or on 01953 452590. They will advise you further on how to go about receiving replacement items or a full refund. Proof of purchase will be required and please do not be offended if you are asked to supply images of the fault.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods and receive a refund. The cancellation period will expire at the end of the 7th working day after your order has been received. To cancel your order under these terms; return your goods to us by post (in the same condition as you received them) within 7 days of your receipt of them.
The quickest and easiest way to receive a different size, colour or style is to place a new order with us and send your unwanted one back for a refund.

When returning items please make sure these steps are completed:

Currently we do not offer a free returns service however we appreciate that this can be a hassle for you if your shoes are not quite right. That's why we would like to take the hassle out of returning your shoes to us. We can organise a collection for you from your desired address (work or home) and return the unsuitable items to us here at Mr Shoes HQ within 3- 5 working days. This will save you the hassle of going to the post office (our driver will collect the parcel from your desired location) and paying a large return postage cost. We can offer this service to you for£4.99. If you are returning more than one item it will be an additional £1 per item.
