Glayone Limited is totally committed to protecting the privacy of the Mr Shoes Website, visitors and customers. What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you whenever you shop with us. The information will include your name and contact details including your email address, your address and postcode and other information required to process your order. Some of the information is given directly when, for example, you register with us or place an order for products on mr-shoes.co.uk. Website usage information is collected using cookies. Other information is collected indirectly, for example, when you post comments on our Facebook page.
How will we use the information about you?
When you place an order we need to collect your name, address, e-mail and telephone number as well as details of the method by which you intend to pay for your order. This information allows us to process your order and deliver your goods to you, whilst providing good customer service and managing your account. We use your e-mail address to send you confirmation of the order. And we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone if any problems occur regarding your order.
Any personal information held or processed will be kept up to date and will not be kept any longer than necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it was being processed.
We WILL NOT disclose information about you to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you via a courier, processing payments and carrying out security checks. In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies. By purchasing goods with Mr Shoes you consent to the information you provide to us being processed for any of the above purposes.
If you agree, we may email you about other products we think may be of interest to you. We use the information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to the site. Mr Shoes will not share your information for marketing purposes outside the Mr Shoes business. We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your express permission for us to do so.
If you have made a purchase from our website we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email, post and telephone. You can also opt in or out of our e-newsletter. All Mr Shoes customers have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at the point of registering. If you are already a registered user and no longer wish to receive marketing from us please click the unsubscribe link, which is highlighted in green and positioned at the bottom of every email newsletter that we will send to you. Access to your information and correction
Your personal information belongs to you and you have a number of rights in relation to its use:

This proof of identity will take the form of your email address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action that we take in response to a request from someone using your email and password.
