Standard UK delivery - items priced under £49.99 is £4.49

Free Shipping - To all UK address's when you spend over £49.99. 

Customers can expect their item/s to arrive within 3-5 working days from the order date. Our postal courier will deliver all Mainland UK orders.

For other areas of the UK* and UK PO Box Addresses orders will be dispatched via the best service available to the area.

*Areas included are:

- Northern Ireland
- British Forces Post Office- All ‘Isles’ (the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, etc.)
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Scottish Highlands/Islands.

Express UK Delivery - £6.49

Customers can expect their item/s to arrive within 2 working days from the order date.

Items that are in stock will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm.

Please note that item/s ordered on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day. (excluding Bank Holidays)

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer express delivery to certain areas of the UK. These areas include Northern Ireland, British Forces Post Office, all ‘Isles’ (the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Lewis, etc.), Jersey, Guernsey, and the Scottish Highlands/Islands.

Delivery to your nearest Mr Shoes store is Free.

Customers should expect their order to arrive at your chosen store within 5 working days.

Order confirmation (via email) is received within 1 hour of the order being placed. The chosen store will contact when the order is available to be picked up.

Collecting orders require order confirmation as well as photo ID.

Order notes & information

• All deliveries are tracked. Any orders unable to be delivered will be taken to the courier's nearest depot. A calling card will be left at the address with instructions on how to collect/rearrange delivery. This is the customers responsibility.

• Mr Shoes does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the courier by the customer, including the following: having the order sent to a different delivery address to that of the invoice address, arranging redelivery of the order to the delivery address, or the direct collection of the order from the courier’s depot.

• If you know you will be out during the delivery, please leave a message/instructions in the 'Additional notes' part at the checkout. Please be aware that once our courier has left the parcel under your instruction/s, Mr Shoes cannot be held liable for any damages incurred to the parcel.

• Mr Shoes will not refund any postage costs for orders that our couriers have attempted to deliver.

• During our sale period, due to the volume of orders we receive, items may take longer than normal to dispatch. However, we will do our utmost to ensure you receive your order within 4 working days.

• We don’t apply any additional charges to the cost of your order. However, Import duty, Custom Charges, and Delivery Surcharges may apply to your delivery country if you are ordering from outside the EU. Please check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details. Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Mr Shoes.
