Returns Policy

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to return your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The return period ends on the expiry of the period of 7days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms,  return your goods by post in the same condition as received within 7 days of your receipt of the goods (details below).

After this period we will not offer a refund on unwanted goods but we will gladly offer an exchange within 21 days from the date purchased accompanied by proof of purchase. If you have any queries please contact us on  01603 624377 our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm

Please note that, unless the goods which you return are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

When returning Goods:

• They must be sealed in the original packaging.
• Make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with the Mr Shoes Internet Sales Department address.
• Include a copy of your invoice or invoice number with your name, address and contact telephone number.
• A cover letter informing us of what you would require.

Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package.
