Royal Mail standard and express service is use when customers from regions where our courier service is unable to deliver.
These areas are Channel Islands, Scottish islands and Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, and international addresses
International deliveries will be sent through either Royal Mail who will then pass the order on to the local postal service or they will be sent through our courier.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, We offer a guideline to delivery time however this can not always be met and occasionally some parcels will take longer than expected, due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel is undelivered please contact our customer service team on 01953 454884. As the delivery date is only a guideline the parcel may still be delivered late, This is a very rare occurrence.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods and receive a refund. The cancellation period will expire at the end of the 7th working day after your order has been received. To cancel your order under these terms; return yourgoods by post in the same condition as received within 7 days of your receipt of the goods.
