We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you would like to return your goods for an exchange or refund simply follow the guides below.



To get a refund on your goods, you have 7 days to return them back to us here at Mr. Shoes in the same condition in which you received them. 

The 7 day return period starts from the date that you received the goods. After this 7 day period we will not offer a refund for any unwanted goods. However, we will gladly exchange your goods within 21 days from the date purchase. 

If you're item is unsuitable, we offer an exchange service at a small re-postage fee of just £3.99. To check availability of the Size, Colour or Alternative Item and to make a re-postage payment please call 01953 454 884. Alternatively, state on your invoice the Size and Code you wish to exchange for when returning your item and we'll give you a call to let you know if your item is available. If this is the case you can make a payment over the phone. If you're item is however unavailable you may choose an alternative item or request a refund.

If you would like to return an International order, you have 7 days to return it back to us here at Mr. Shoes in the same condition in which you received them. The 7 day returns period starts from the date that you received the goods.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for International returns. If you would like a different colour, size or style we would advise you to place a new order and return your unwanted goods back to us for a refund.

*You will be responsible for all postage costs unless the goods you received are faulty or incorrect. Please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

*We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a 1st or 2nd Class recorded delivery service, as you will be able to track your return.

*All goods being returned must be sealed in their original box, and then safely packaged. Please wrap the shoebox in plastic bag or paper to
prevent any damage to shoes and/or the box. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit back to us will seriously affect your chances of a full refund. 

*Make sure that your correct contact details are in with the returned goods. If there are no contact details in with the goods we will not be able to process the return.

*If you are returning your order to a Mr Shoes store you must take along your order/proof of purchase form. Please be aware that the store will not refund the order themselves, they will send a request for the order to be refunded by the Mr.Shoes Internet Department.
