Once our friendly courier delivers your purchase, you then have 7 days to make sure it is absolutely right for you.  You can check the fit, colour, style and anything else you want.  If you decide that for some reason you don’t want to keep an item, simply return it to us by post or to a local Mr Shoes store and you will receive a full refund.

Of course, to receive a full refund, items must be in their original condition, and not worn or damaged.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your goods for an exchange or refund simply follow the guide below.

If you wish to have a refund for your good, you will have 7 days to return them back to us here at Mr Shoes in the same condition as you received them. The 7 days starts from the date that you receive the goods.

If you do require a new colour, size or style. the quickest and easiest way to do this is to place a new order and send your unwanted order back for a refund.

*You will be responsible for all postage costs unless the good are faulty or incorrect. Please retain proof posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fall to reach us.

*We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a 1st or 2nd Class RECORDED delivery service, as you will be able to track your return.

*All goods being returned must be sealed in the original box.

*Make sure that the correct contact details are in with the returned goods. If there are no contact details in with the goods we will not be able to process the return.

*If your are returning to a Mr Shoes store you must take along your order/proof of purchase form.
