If you wish to have a refund for your good, you will have 7 days to return them back to us here at Mr. Shoes in the same conditionas you received them. The 7 days starts from the date that you receive the goods.

We no longer offer exchanges. If you did require a different colour size or style then please place a new order for them and send your original order back for a refund.

Here at Mr. Shoes we have a huge range of different brands and just like clothing they sometimes vary in their sizing. You can check our size guide for guidance. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments or payments via Google Checkout. The cards we will accept are MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo & Switchcards. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Glayone Ltd have cleared in full.

If you have got a store credit note from one of our stores then you can use this online.

What you would need to do is:

*Send the credit note to the Internet Department (The address is below)

*Include your contact details in with the credit note.

Once we have received it, here at the Internet Department we will create a unique online code for the amount of the credit note. We will then contact you by email or phone to inform you of your unique online code.

Please Note: That once it has been changed to a unique online code it cannot be changed back to a store credit note.

Yes. If you have a gift voucher and wish to use it online then simple enter the unique online code into the “promotional code” box at the checkout and click check code.

You should be able to log in by tying in your email address and password, however if you have forgotten your password then simply us the “Forgotten Password”, however if you have not yet set an account up with us then it’s quick and simply to do so.

We have lots of different ways to search for the shoe you are looking for from the “Quick Shoe Search” on the homepage of the website to the option down the side of the women’s or men’s page. We also have a search bar at the top, which you can type either the Mr. Shoes Unique product code or name into.

If you want to place your order online then yes you will need to set an account up which is very quick and simple, however we can also take order over the phone which do not require an account to be set up. If you do wish to contact us to place you order simply call 01953 454884 or 01953 450234.

Here at Mr. Shoes we take online security very seriously and have in place the latest online security encryption software toensure your details are safe.

If you do not want to set up an account or place an order online then we can take your order over the phone. This service is a personalized service and any questions you have, can be answered by one of our customer service team members. Simply contact us on 01953 454884 or 01953 450234. Lines are open 9am – 7pm Monday to Sunday.

If you placed your order with us over the phone you will not have a confirmation email sent automatically. So if you do want a confirmation email please request one when you have placed your order with our member of staff.

When you place your order with us, we’ll send you an email within 30 minutes of you placing your order to give you your order confirmation and order number. Please check your “Junk” folder as some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognized, so add orders@mr-shoes.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order! If you placed your order with us over the phone you will not have a confirmation email sent automatically. So if you do want a confirmation email please request one when you have placed your order with our member of staff.

We use two different couriers Royal Mail and Interlink. We mainly use Interlink however there are some areas that we do use Royal Mai lfor. These areas are Channel Islands, Scottish islands and Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, and international addresses. If you have your parcel delivered to an international address then we will post it via Royal Mail who will then pass it on to your local postal company.

Yes. If your order is sent via our courier then you should receive a free text or email with all your tracking details once your item has been dispatched. These areas will not go via our courier Channel Islands, Scottish islands and Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, andinternational addresses so you can contact us at track@mr-shoes.co.uk and we will happily email you with your tracking details.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to change the shipping address for security reasons. Customers are able to can celorders placed up to 1 hour for standard delivery and 30 minutes for Express Delivery.

Customers can change the style, size and colours oftheir order 1 hour after the order has been placed, our team must be contact within the hour via email customerinfo@mr-shoes.co.uk or via telephone on 01953 454884 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm where our expert team will deal with your request.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change any details of your order.

Mr. Shoes Online and the Mr. Shoes stores may run separate promotions online and instore at the same time.  If you have seen a promotional online thiswill be exclusive to online customers only, which means you will not be able to get the promotion instore.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your goods for an exchange or refund simply follow the guide below. If you wish to have a refund for your good, you will have 7 days to return them back to us here at Mr. Shoes in the same condition as you received them. The 7 days starts from the date that you receive the goods. After this period we will not offer a refund for unwanted goods but we will gladly exchange your goods within 21 days from the date purchase. *We will not be able to exchange any International order, however we will happily refund your order so you can place a new order of you do want a different item.

*You will be responsible for all postage costs unless the good are faulty or incorrect. Please retain proof posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fall to reach us.

*We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a 1st or 2nd Class RECORDED delivery service, as you will beable to track your return.

*All goods being returned must be sealed in the original box.

*Make sure that the correct contact details are inwith the returned goods. If there are no contact details in with the goods we will not be able to process the return.

*If you are returning to a Mr. Shoes store you must take along your order/proof of purchase form.

Yes. If you have a local Mr. Shoes store you can return the shoes back to them along with your order/proof of purchase.

If you want a refund the store will not refund the order, they will send a request for the order to be refunded to us here at the Mr.Shoes Internet Department.

As soon as we have received your item back into the Internet Department we will start the process for the refund.

It can take up to 48 hours for us to issue the refund back onto the card that you used to pay for the item. However it can take up to 3-4 working days to show on your bank statement.

Sometimes we don’t ship everything from the same warehouse, so some of your items may arrive at different times. However we do aim to get your order to you with the delivery time.
