Delivery

UK Deliveries

Standard delivery is free to UK addresses for orders over £30. If your order value is below £30, then the charge for standard delivery is only £3.95.

You can choose express delivery for any urgent items for £5.95 during the checkout process.

Delivery charges are per order and not per individual item. Also, we cannot currently deliver on weekends so orders placed on from Saturday to Sunday will be delivered by
Thursday (standard service), or Tuesday (express service) .

Express UK Delivery

Items in stock are despatched on the next working day (so
items ordered on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are despatched Monday).

All orders are delivered by courier to make sure that hey
reach you in perfect condition. Our
courier delivers between 7:30am and 6:30pm.

Please allow 3-4 working days for standard delivery
orders. This means that:

Orders placed on - Are delivered by

Monday - Wednesday

Tuesday - Thursday

Wednesday - Friday

Thursday - Monday

Friday - Tuesday

Saturday - Tuesday

Sunday - Tuesday

You also need to know that:

Mr Shoes does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer whether it is to have the order delivered to a different delivery address to the invoice address, to have a redelivery to the delivery address or for a direct collect from the delivery companies depot.

Customers that are left a calling card from the delivery company are responsible to organize either a redelivery or a direct collection from the delivery companies depot.

·
Mr Shoes will not refund any postage costs for items that have been attempted to be delivered by the delivery company.

·
During our sale period, due to the volume of order we receive, orders can take longer than normal to be dispatched. However we will do our utmost to ensure you will receive your order within 4 working days.

In stock items will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please allow 7 working days
for your order to arrive. Deliveries will require a signature. For this reason
you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available
to sign. Please check our international zone chart for your relevant delivery
options.

* Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days by our delivery carrier, for this reason anything ordered on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday and anything ordered from Friday until Monday well be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive into your preferred store.

The chosen store will contact the customer to confirm when the order is available to be picked up. The customer will need to print off and take the confirmation of the order with them to collect the order. The confirmation will be sent via email within 1 hour of the order being placed.
