How To Wear: Men's Tassel Loafers

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 15 May 2015

You may have noticed that suave tassel loafers have taken themselves from being purely 'dressed up' to everyday fashion. Suddenly they're being paired with all sorts - and with bare feet too - to create a myriad of quirky, trendy looks.

Image: Lookastic

Take the look above for example. It's all about those on-show ankles - go socks-free and roll up your trousers of choice. Chinos work particularly well, but you can definitely get the look with skinny jeans as well. Up top, you've got the opportunity to play. Try a plain oversized jumper, a cardi over a white shirt, a short-sleeved checked shirt, or something else.

Looking for some beautiful tassel loafers to give these looks a go? You'll love our PAOLO VANDINI SUEDE LEATHER TASSEL LOAFERS, which are available in tan or navy. They've got that sort of...  je ne sais quoi, no?

How To Wear Gladiator Sandals

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 05 May 2015

Gladiator sandals have been on the up for a number of years now, but it hasn't been until these last few months that their style has really soared. Suddenly they seem more wearable... or at least that's what we want to share with you today.

Our KAYLA KNEE HIGH GLADIATOR SANDALS are absolutely stunning aren't they? And at just £24.99, it seems a shame not to give them a try. We think Sazan (check out her blog here) perfectly demonstrates how wearable gladiators are, and this look can be applied to our bargainous design.

She opted for a slouchy, dropped hem white top, and you can just about see some simple black shorts poking out from underneath. Add in a selection of accessories - simple shoulder bag, fedora hat, black sunnies and statement necklace - and you've got a beautiful yet basic ensemble that works every time.

How To Wear Jellies Now

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 19 April 2015

When jelly shoes came back into fashion some time back, we were ecstatic. Why wouldn't we want to relive our youth with something so frivolous and fun? And what was even better about it was that they were surprisingly easy to style in a grown-up way. Go figure!

White Birkenstocks: The Low-Down

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 19 April 2015

Want to know how to style men's white Birkenstocks? You're in luck. We've found a look that'll work time and time again this summer. And thank goodness for that really, because they're super cool sandals that need to be in your life.

Image: Lookbook

Pair our delightful MEN'S BIRKENSTOCK ARIZONA SANDALS with slashed skinny jeans; the colour of denim doesn't matter, though black is preferable this year. Add in an oversized fit T-shirt of your choice - plain or patterened, as both work well. Next, accessorise with a cap or fedora hat, depending on your usual aesthetic, and you're done.

If you really want to push the boat out, a summery bracelet or five would work a treat too.

Beyoncé's Coachella Look

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 13 April 2015

Beyoncé is our ultimate Coachella style icon. On the first day at the highly-anticipated festival this weekend, she knocked the socks off everyone with a gorgeous ensemble. She was decked out in a floral, long, bohemian dress and suede waistcoat by Saint Laurent, which married together perfectly. In addition was a wide-brimmed black hat, stylish sunnies and black biker boots.

Get the footwear element of the look sorted with us - we've got lots of biker boots for you to choose from. Our BLANKET SHEARLING BUCKLE BIKER CLEATED BOOTS are particularly wonderful with their on-trend chunky sole and ribbed back section. Alternatively, there are our WRANGLER LEATHER BIKER BOOTS, which are dreamily designer and a must-have for your collection.

Chelsea, Chelsea, I Believe...

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 13 April 2015

Nothing quite finishes off a springtime outfit better than a pair of Chelsea boots. Quite frankly, we're fans of them all year round, but there's something about the iconic boots with bare legs and a flirty dress that just works every time. Add in a fringed waistcoat or denim jacket, and you're good to go.

If this sounds like exactly what you're after, we can get you started with our brand-new BETTIE ZIP UP CHELSEA BOOTS. Available in black or nude, these Chelsea boots feature a short wooden heel, inside zip, outside traditional gusset, and all-over suede effect. Along with the pull tab at the back, there's also a teeny tiny skull charm for added embellishment. Pretty cool, huh?

And though our vision of wearing them is especially suitable for festivals and the like, there are oodles of options for you this season when it comes to styling these beauties.

Zipped Up

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 12 April 2015

We've been spoiling you these last couple of weeks with an abundance of new sandals. It's just as well, as it's starting to feel more and more summery by the day. We'll show you plenty of styles to entice you in the upcoming season, but first up we've got the DAISY CUT OUT ZIP FRONT SANDALS - aren't they glorious?

Available in black or holographic pewter, these sandals tick all the trendy boxes. They feature flirty cut-out sections, a tough zip-up front, chunky cleated sole and supportive buckled ankle strap. All together, that makes for a pretty kick ass pair of shoes.

Want to know how best to style them? We'd opt for black, ripped, skinny jeans right now. The scruffier the better. Add in a stylish kimono cover-up and you'll look gorgeous. Going forward to the warmer months, try more denim - high-waisted denim shorts or a slouchy denim jacket - and lots of white, which is great for pairing with tough and chunky sandals like these.

Get To The Point

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 12 April 2015

Make a stylish spring statement in our brand-new ROSE STUDDED POINTED FLAT SHOES. Aren't they lovely? They feature three strong sections: a pointed, curved front; a parallel strap made up of amazing gold studs; and an ankle strap going in the opposite direction at the back for support. They're just so feminine and gorgeous, that they have to make it into your shoedrobe this season.

And if you're looking for style inspiration, look to the woman known for her love of pointed flats - Alexa Chung. The 31 year-old TV presenter and model always knows best, so is the perfect choice. Here she is earlier this year at the Topshop Unique AW15 show during London Fashion Week, styling a pair of pointed flats with her favourite type of dress. It's floral, it hangs beautifully, and the fluted sleeves are just divine.

Say hello to our just-in MARK LEATHER BROGUE CHELSEA BOOTS. They're a stunning pair of Chelsea boots with brogue detailing for a stylish twist... what's not to love? And we adore the distressed look given to the brown leather too; it creates a worn-in, rock 'n' roll aesthetic.

If these Chelsea boots have called to you but you're not sure how to wear them, you'll be pleased to know that the possibilities are endless. They'll add trendiness to an everyday suit or even one for special occasions, yet they also work a treat with casual attire. You can pair them with chinos, jeans (relaxed or skinny) and smart trousers easily.

And should you wish to bump up the stylish look, add in a trilby hat, swish sunglasses or a quirky waistcoat.

Trending: Pineapples

Posted By: Rosie Savage, 22 March 2015

Pineapples are everywhere. Not the fruit itself, don't panic - we're not having some sort of epidemic. But pineapple motifs and prints are a big deal, especially in homeware. Think 3-D pineapple lamps, printed duvet sets, candles and framed pieces of artwork with the delicious fruit, to name a few.

So we thought it was about time we extended this to our shoedrobe with a pair of fun and fab pineapple print shoes. Say hello to the FLOSSY PRINT CANVAS SHOES. Aren't they great? As soon as the weather hots up, we plan on wearing them with skinny jeans and a floaty white swing top for instant summery goodness. Or a pair of short shorts on holiday for a quirky, preppy look.

What do you think of our brand new FLOSSY PRINT CANVAS SHOES and this year's pineapple obsession? How would you wear them this summer?
